Regent Reviews does not guarantee specific results, review increases, revenue outcomes, or platform approvals.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate business information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Be legally authorized to operate your business

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited messages or spam

Violate SMS, email, or telecommunications laws

Violate Google, Yelp, or other platform review policies

Submit fake reviews or manipulate reviews

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them communications through the Service.

Regent Reviews is not responsible for how you use the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Compliance Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws (including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable).

You are responsible for obtaining proper customer opt-in consent before sending SMS or email communications.

Regent Reviews does not provide legal advice.

Failure to comply with communication laws may result in account suspension.

6. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed:

Monthly or annually (depending on your selected plan).

Automatically via the payment method provided.

You authorize Regent Reviews to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

If payment fails, your access may be suspended.

7. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.

You are responsible for canceling before the trial expiration to avoid charges.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

Regent Reviews may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and technology provided by Regent Reviews remain the property of Regent Reviews LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

You may not:

Resell the software

Reverse engineer the platform

Copy or distribute proprietary materials

10. Data & Privacy

Regent Reviews processes business and customer data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You retain ownership of your customer data.

You acknowledge that:

You are the data controller.

Regent Reviews acts as a data processor.

Data handling practices are further outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted operation

Error-free functionality

Continuous third-party integrations (Google, SMS providers, etc.)

Regent Reviews is not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Regent Reviews LLC shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue

Loss of business

Loss of data

Platform suspensions

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regent Reviews LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Your use of the Service

Your communications with customers

Your violation of laws or platform policies

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

You engage in illegal or abusive behavior

Your actions create legal or reputational risk

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Missouri.
